How do I book a locker?

You can book a locker online through our website. Simply choose your preferred size, select the duration, and complete payment to secure your locker.

How long can I rent a locker for?

Lockers can be rented for a minimum of 24 hours and extended in 24-hour increments, subject to availability.

How do I open my locker to store my items?

Once you have booked your new locker session, go to My Sessions in your account, on your booking session row, click on the Open Locker icon on the right hand side. Please note you will have a 5 minute window to open your locker for the first time, if this time is exceeded, the system will assume you are instead collecting your parcel and it will request your unique pick code to open the locker, which would them close your current session. If this time is exceeded and you are depositing your items, you will need to contact Rock Collection Point support for them to open for you.

How do I open the locker again to collect my items?

When returning to collect your package and complete the session, enter the pickup code from your email booking confirmation, and your locker will open releasing your package back to you. Please ensure to thoroughly close your locker door on each open once you have completed.

Can I extend my locker rental?

Yes. You can extend your rental before your booking expires, as long as the locker hasn’t been reserved by another user for the following period.

What happens if my locker is already booked for the next day but I need more time?

If the locker is booked for the following day, you won’t be able to extend your rental. You’ll need to collect your items before the current booking ends or transfer them to another available locker.

What items can I store in the locker?

You may store personal belongings, luggage, or small parcels. Storing hazardous, illegal, perishable, or flammable items is strictly prohibited. Prohibited goods listed here.

What happens if I lose my access code?

If you lose or forget your code, contact us. After verifying your identity, we can reissue your code or assist with access.

What if I leave my items past the rental period?

Uncollected items may be removed and stored securely for up to 7 days, after which additional storage fees may apply. Prolonged non-collection may result in disposal of items in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Are the lockers secure?

Yes. All lockers are monitored by CCTV and fitted with electronic locking systems to ensure maximum security for your belongings.
